Gusar Suryanto was born in Sidoarjo on July 15th, 1969. He is a self-taught painter who currently lives in Rembang, Central Java. The environment serves as his biggest source of inspiration, undeniably influencing his creative process. For him, nature and the surrounding environment provide an endless energy that can be explored and transformed onto the canvas.
