Kadambari Mehta is an Indian Abstract artist who specialises in oil painting as well as woodcut printmaking. Fortunate to have taken guidance under the late master artist Milind Nayak as well as the renowned Mysore painter Neela Panch, the young artist has had her works featured successfully in various exhibitions.
Over the years, she has experimented with various styles of art and has reached a point of familiarity and comfort with the Abstract style. She is heavily inspired by nature, and her work is often unplanned as she wishes to have her paintings speak for themselves instead of trying to communicate through them. Rather than trying to find meaning, her passion for painting comes from her love for the colours themselves.
Fun Fact:
She is an art collector herself and holds paintings from Indian masters such as Adimoolam, K. K. Hebbar, S. G. Vasudev and Milind Nayak. She loves to collect antiques, especially prized possessions that have been handed down through generations.
