Mualifatus is a young female contemporary artist from Indonesia with fine nuances of pop surrealism in her paintings. Implementation of surrealistic and pop elements in her works, lends her the freedom to express deep emotions and dreams in the most descriptive manner. female figures in her paintings represents women in all their beauty and complexity, yet happy and vibrant.
Master artists who inspired her include Amy Sol and illustrator Valleriya Volkova whose works with nature as theme have been groundbreaking. Similarly, Mark Ryden’s works have influenced the style of figures and objects in her paintings.
