Sujith is an Indian contemporary and Abstract artist who was born in an agricultural family in Karnataka. Hailing from rural India, his environment has had a lasting impact on his thought process. Though he moved to the city in his later childhood to pursue an education, Sujith missed his village and the rural lifestyle, culminating years later in the subjects of his series The Bull. His early works were live sketches of his surroundings in Mysore: the bus stand, railway station and the happenings in the market. He draws inspiration from his experiences in life, the creation of nature, and beauty that cannot be described with words, creating a different world altogether with his art.
