The monochromatic white surface foregrounds texture, light, and shadow, allowing the composition to shift with the viewer’s perspective. Rather than suggesting opposition, the overlapping forms propose harmony through interaction and mutual presence. Through a restrained minimalist language, Sitompul transforms geometric repetition into a contemplative meditation on coexistence, connection, and shared equilibrium.
